How do I change my pickup or destination point?

You can easily edit your pickup location before the driver starts the journey. The destination can be edited at any time before the driver finishes the trip.

How is my trip fare calculated?

Fares are computed transparently based on distance, duration, vehicle model, and applicable district tariffs. Any peak charges or waiting charges are itemized on your bill without extra fees.

What if I left an item behind in the vehicle?

Switch to the "Raise Ticket" tab and select "Lost Item in Vehicle" with your Booking ID, or call our 24/7 helpline immediately so dispatch can contact your driver partner.

How do ride cancellations work?

You can cancel a ride before driver dispatch or if the driver is heavily delayed. If you ever have a dispute over cancellation, our support desk will assist you.
